In these five steps, we work with you to bring your employees back to the office.
Because if your employees prefer to work from home than in the office, if you don't really get in touch with each other anymore and people spread out over a much too large area in your office, then it's time for something to change!
Before the start of the project, our architects and interior designers first carry out a professional needs analysis and a feasibility study for your project. On the one hand, we look at what space is available to you and what you will still need in the future. On the other hand, we look at what structural requirements and building law framework conditions your building has.
Based on a site visit and a review of inventory documents, we analyse your individual basis and determine which changes can be implemented with the existing circumstances and which adjustments can and should be made. For this purpose, specialist planners from the fields of architecture, building technology, structural and fire protection are brought in. We provide you with a comprehensive report, a catalogue of measures with a specific cost forecast and possible scenarios for your future real estate strategy as a further basis for decision-making.
We then take a look at the future in a strategy workshop and work together to develop your individual goals for your New Work project. The basis is a SWOT analysis and individual visions for the new working environments.
Based on these and similar questions, we develop a tailor-made strategy with guidelines for your new office. The aim is to simplify collaboration, improve communication, strengthen brand experience and increase the attractiveness of your workplace in order to increase team satisfaction. This is because identifying and retaining employees increases productivity and overall entrepreneurial success.
To ensure that your employees gain a positive attitude towards the structural change and the change is sustainable, we consciously involve them during the process. In an employee workshop, we work with employee representatives to determine how current cooperation is taking place and how the various teams and departments function. In doing so, we gain an understanding of, for example, the willingness to change or how individual space requirements are viewed. There is room for questions, expectations, and concerns.
In another workshop, we will turn your managers into change leaders who set a good example and motivate. This awakens colleagues' willingness to change and provides orientation for new working environments. In a large kick-off event, all employees are also brought on board early. You will gain insights into the visions and planned changes associated with the project.
Through continuous exchange and involvement of the entire team, we create enthusiasm and community for your project. Because acceptance is one of the keys to success.
Based on the collected input and the jointly defined strategic goals for your new working environment, we develop a concrete plan for your new construction or renovation project. This is because tailor-made office planning promotes productivity and employee identification and retention in the long term.
In previous workshops, we used our digital tools to specifically identify the individual requirements for the office in terms of focus work, teamwork and collaboration. From this, we now derive the appropriate space requirements and develop the different working modes that you need for your new work.
With modular office concepts, we ensure that your office can react variably to organizational changes in the future and optimize the use of your existing space. In doing so, we design your new working environment in such a way that it makes your corporate culture tangible as a brand architecture, reflects your visions and supports the way you work. With our decades of experience and an alert eye for dynamic trends such as digitization and sustainability, we always align your project with the latest standards — from planning to handing over the finished New Work project.
For a holistic strategic approach, we use a professional evaluation tool to evaluate the joint successes achieved after project completion. Success factors such as cost and space efficiency, flexibility and sustainability of the new working world, but also individual feelings of your employees, such as job satisfaction or identification with the new office, are measured.
Let's rethink together and make your office a success factor again!
