In the new premises of the Child Health Practice of the Euregio Clinic Medical Care Center, you will not only find functional furniture tailored to work processes, but also a piece of local nature.
Patients are welcomed in a friendly forest environment, where the root system at the registration desk encourages the little ones to climb and offers storage space for adults. A wooden bird picture on the wall invites you to compare wingspans with stork, duck, sparrow and more.
The consulting rooms are bathed in different color concepts according to the local bird species robin, greenling, blue tit and chaffinch and are easy to find thanks to colorful bird tracks on the floor.
Even in the area of psychotherapy, the homely character ensures well-being. The green conversation island with “undergrowth” behind it creates space for flexible communication scenarios. A tree cave covered with cords and cloths can be used as shelter. In this way, the character traits of forest dwellers such as the shy deer or the cheeky badger are playfully incorporated into the therapy.
